Can the order be modified after placing one already?Our delivery is quite speedy. We take 3-5 business days to make you happy.

Can an item be exchanged or refunded for?Once delivered, we don't have a return policy or an exchange one. If an item is defected or if we've delivered something wrong by accident, then your items will be replaced at the earliest. A refund is only applicable for orders which weren't delivered to the customer.
How long does a refund take?Typically, a refund takes 7-10 business days.
